Marketing Leader for leading B2B SaaS company:
- As Marketing Leader, you will be playing a critical part of the team responsible for defining client' s marketing strategy, amplifying our brand awareness and driving lead generation through online and offline channels.
- You will be expected to create and contribute to key messaging for our service offerings, perform competitive analysis, and work with the broader team to enable value-based selling through defining key differentiators that contribute to client' s value proposition.
- Additionally, you will be charged with leading the marketing team in Hyderabad to drive the market strategy, understanding, and enhancing our Total Addressable Market, and creating associated deliverables such as content creation, design, digital marketing, field marketing, marketing operations, sales-funnel support, and other efforts.
Job Responsibilities:- Work with other senior leaders to define, manage, and track the annual marketing strategy.
- Work with the sales team to help drive the sales funnel through lead generation/targeted campaigns, account-based marketing strategies.
- Own the key messaging for client' s products, define the unique value proposition, and perform competitive analysis to identify key differentiators
- Define, track on report on key marketing KPIs that have contributed to the sales funnel.
- Create content (e.g., sales enablement documentation, campaigns, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, forum responses, etc.) to articulate the benefits of our services to our audience
- Define and execute Account-based marketing strategies, working closely with our sales and marketing operations team
- Be client' s brand voice both internally and externally to promote the value Client brings, and ensure this consistent messaging is shared amongst the sales team
- Create and execute campaigns to drive demand for our services
- Improve website SEO and drive social messaging
- Work with our sales operations leader to ensure sales is enabled, leads are processed and analyzed, and metrics are being captured correctly
- Work with our event and channel marketing leader to ensure success of offline marketing activity (trade shows, meetings programs, channel marketing, etc.
- Work with named partners to showcase joint value propositions
- Work with the marketing team to drive website design and development
- Create direct and partner-lead press releases
- Measure results and optimize processes to drive marketing success
Qualifications:- B. Tech / M. Tech or equivalent, MBA in Marketing from a Tier-1 OR Tier-2 B-School (IBS, XLRI,IIMs/ISB) preferred- 14+ years of experience leading highly successful marketing teams in software or SaaS product companies-
Startup experience is a requirement. You must be hands-on and have direct and demonstrable experience in accomplishing the responsibilities defined for this role

Hands-on experience building content and campaigns (mainly email campaigns) from scratch
- Good understanding of
digital marketing, marketing automation, and CRM. Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce are a must.- Good understanding of
channel marketing. Experience in working with technology partners is a plus.- High levels of
creativity and an analytical mindset are a must.
- Exceptional
communication skills, especially spoken and written English. Proven experience creating marketing collateral- Ability to project manage new releases, programs, and campaigns
- Excellent time management skills

- Team player while also working independently to achieve key deliverables.
