Will be responsible for :
1.Building talent management and development policies, system, processes and best practices - talent review, talent assessment, talent development and talent retention
2. Contribute to the development of talent development strategies and priorities to meet the needs of the business
3. Work with HRBP to coordinate and implement talent review, succession planning, leadership and career development programs.
4. Develop and implement career path for managers and leaders across all functions
5. Develop and implement core, leadership and function competencies
6. Work with HRBP to plan, develop and execute individual development plan/performance improvement plan for talent retention and performance improvement for managers & above
7. Develop management associates as competent leaders and coaches in alignment with the company philosophy
Looking at professionals with:
- 12+ years of experience in Learning & Development space from Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Retail, Telecom industry
- Excellent communication & Stakeholder management skills
