Leader - Indirect Procurement

Executive Hiring is looking for a Leader in Indirect Procurement handling all Indirect Procurement which includes - Logistics, Marketing Services, HR, Packaging Materials etc for an FMCG, based at Gurgaon.

Post Grad in Ops with 12-15 Years of work exp in the above areas in an FMCG, of which at least 2-3 years in a Leadership position handling /handled people.

The Role :

- Transform Business needs into procurement strategies.

- Deliver short- and long-term sustainable benefits for the Businesses

- Ensure the agreed service level with Business Units and Strategic partner to business

- Alignment between Procurement projects / actions and ensure reliable procurement process to Business Units

- Procurement Strategies that deliver competitive advantage to the business

- Market Analyses that help the business to anticipate supply market evolution to turn threats into opportunities

- Engagement with top suppliers to ensure they deliver competitive advantage.

- Measurable goals set to the function that challenge Procurement to continuously improve

- Participate and engage in the Monthly / Weekly operational reviews.

- Ability to groom people for the next role through capability development

- Direction for Procurement is identified based on internal and external best practices
