HR LEADER
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Delivers HR programs , processes and initiatives to meet the HR needs, Collaborates with leadership team to ensure their talent and HR needs are met
- Formulates Human Resources policies associated with employee relations for the Organization ensuring compliance with the Regulatory Labor Laws
- Creating HR processes and procedures which are employee friendly and at the same time efficient in managing the operations of the company, Manages day-to-day administration of HR processes to ensure timely and accurate execution
- Manages Operational functions required for the operation of the HR including Joining and Onboarding process of Employees, Payroll Process, Leave Management, Background Verification etc.
- Leads and Manages Performance Management System including Performance Appraisals, advising leadership team on compensation benchmarks
- Determines, recommends and executes employee relations practices necessary to establish an inclusive culture and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation - employer branding, employee engagement activities, employee satisfaction surveys etc.
- Design and deploy strategies for controlling attrition
- Experience in handling People issues with empathy and maturity
- Manages the preparation and maintenance of such reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the department.
Eligibility and Background Requirements :
- Education : MBA (HR) from reputed Institutions such as XLRI/TISS/ etc.
- Experience : 10+ years
- Ability to motivate employees
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
- Should have excellent team management and stakeholder management skills
- The company is looking for a highly capable, hands-on, down-to-earth HR Leader
