Human Resource Leader

This position is based in our New Delhi office and will support the overall Indian business. You will report to the directly to the Chief People Officer based in Mountain View, California and work closely with the Managing Director, India.

Responsibilities :

- Employee relations contact to assist employees and managers in resolving issues and grievances.

- Assess employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions

- Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution, both in the local offices and with Headquarters

- Ensure data accuracy within HR systems

- Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees

- Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue and quickly implement solutions

- Partner with colleagues in HR to implement solutions

- Work with the business on local on-boarding, off-boarding and training

- Oversee the performance cycle and the engagement survey

- Use data to inform and guide decisions and policies

- Provide expertise on local India comp practices

- Support hiring managers in the local recruitment processes

Qualifications :

- 6+ years of HR experience in a fast paced environment.

- Previous global startup experience in tech would be preferred

- Experience should include a focus on performance management, employee relations, data analytics and reporting

- Must have experience in conducting compensation benchmarking & analysis

- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
