Leader - Human Resource - Consumer Analytics Startup

Our client is a well funded Consumer Analytics Startup based in Gurgaon (amongst other cities). They are growing rapidly at this time and are looking to hire a young HR Head to support their growth. Understably, this is a confidential search.

The ideal HR Professional would be :

- A good education (BE / B.Tech with MBA HR would be preferred)

- Have 9 to 16 years of experience in Human Resources (a stint on the business side is welcome)

- Have preferably worked in a startup / Technology / Services organization

- Have experience in leading HR for a small to mid-sized organization / BU

- Have good experience in multiple areas of HR including Engagement, C&B, TM & L&D

- Have experience in creating and executing HR Strategies

- Have experience in understanding the business and aligning HR Process and Strategies to business goals

- Have excellent communication, strong personality and be very ethical

- Be ready to relocate to Gurgaon
