Immediate Requirement for HR Leader - HRBP(Technology Giant)(15-22yrs)
- 16-18 years of experience with 3-5 years of experience managing teams & should have managed complex, matrix, businesses.
- Experience in dealing with a diverse group of people including levels of seniority, cultures, and cross border exposure.
- Align staff/leadership team to corporate strategies and processes.
- Utilize business acumen to work with senior leadership to develop and communicate the organizational strategy.
- Proactively influence decisions using business acumen and data (on tool, employee inputs etc) in anticipation of the future.
- Optimize practices and processes by questioning the status quo, identifying gaps and suggest forward looking automation/changes.
- Be a trusted advisor to the leaders and managers.
- Apply analytical skills, insights, and inference of results to champion cases.
- Observe trends that impact employee morale and engage in direct dialog to identify root causes and perspectives.
- Forge balance between empathy of employee viewpoint with corporate perspective.
- Demonstrate role model behaviours for employee and management to model.
- Implement effective communication strategies in mutual agreement scenarios.
- Non- biased investigation of employee concerns
- Cultural acclimatization of new joiners and employees during M&A
- Facilitate transition through the change curve across teams and locations in collaboration with line managers.
- Enable management development.

- Use data and business insights to drive changes in the most optimum way.
- Represent and express the interest of the BU/region by influencing decisions through collaboration and data analysis.
- Assess impact of changes and measure success to enable continuous feedback.

- Flawless delivery of basic functions ensuring high quality and positive employee experience.
