Leader/Head - Talent Acquisition/Recruitment - eCommerce

- Looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition (TA) leader for leading recruiting teams for the India Consumer Organization. The TA leader would own recruiting across multiple organizations in India and be involved in creating talent strategies to help company hire top talent.

- Looking for a seasoned recruiting leader who can build overall TA strategy for the constituent orgs and partner with various stakeholders (HRBPs-, Campus, Employment Branding Finance etc.) to help scale the businesses in the complex business environment.

- The TA Leader will lead a team of Managers, recruiters and partner closely with Senior Business leaders giving guidance on building talent pools

- The right leadership candidate must be able to effectively provide thought leadership, set benchmarks, analyze data/metrics, and understand how to prioritize to meet the customer needs. S/he will thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, bring the ability to roll up his/her sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.

Desired Skills:

- 15 + years of Prior experience in managing Tech/non tech recruiting teams in a matrixed global organization.

- Should have led a team of recruitment managers and senior recruiters in the past.

- Superior written and verbal communication skills, along with good negotiation skills.
