Looking for B2B Marketing Specialists for a Global organization in the Wellness space.
1. Plan, build, and execute a strategic cross-channel playbook for demand generation by owning qualified audience growth across all stages of the funnel, in particular acquisition, conversion, retargeting (i.e., the right platforms, with the right messaging, to the right audiences).
2. Strategize, forecast, budget and manage reporting for all paid media channels including: PPC, paid social and Google Ads
3. Deliver against traffic, new lead generation and sales targets for the entire product portfolio
4. Lead the performance-side of our media plan with ROI goals (virality, influencer programs, UGC contests, and referral programs) to specifically grow the brands upper funnel partnering with PR, Creative, Brand, & Content.
5. Proactively assess and optimize digital marketing mix in a quick-changing competitive landscape.
6. Explore ways to connect and tap into website data, CRM database, search insights and social media listening to understand existing audiences and use this to find new prospects/similar audiences
7. Work along with our creative team on brand assets and copy for performance and organic campaigns, own the A/B testing strategy to further optimize our customer experience and business performance.
8. Work with key stakeholders (product, sales, design, PR) to position campaigns for the right audiences.
9. Drive the evolution of our brand positioning, bringing it to life in a clear and consistent way that resonates with and motivates our target audiences.
10. Develop robust marketing capabilities (e.g. - technology fluency, digital expertise, customer data and insights, data analytics, alternative media) to help the organization compete in the future.
