Role Description :
1. Create 100% digital learning experience through an agile instructional design and content development process
2. Integrate our current technology platforms into these experiences - uniquely customized for each client and their training programs
3. Review, research on and adopt forward-thinking/forward-facing best practices, learning methodologies and technology platforms that company to adopt early for our client
4. Analyze our learner/employee demographics along with their performance to identify the appropriate learning methods to fit current and future audiences
5. Continuously improve and iterate on the current agile development processes
6. Develop all members of the Digital Learning Group through appropriate training, exposure, and project assignments
7. Execute on all DLG projects (internal and client facing) in a timely and cost-effective manner while meeting all business and learning objectives
8. Drive maturity of existing Learning-as-a-Service Capabilities and create roadmaps to develop new ones
9. Own revenue generation from Learning-as-a-Service by partnering with the verticals, horizontals, service delivery and other functions in the company
10. Represent Company and its learning organization in appropriate industry forums
