Leader - Finance Consulting

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop consulting toolkits and frameworks to advise global customers on changes to Finance organization and operating model

- Blend process, Technology, and Organizational elements in the advisory collateral

- Identify potential consulting engagements and enable consulting market development

- Deliver consulting services to top global customers

- To ensure process excellence for key usage scenarios ranging from business diagnostic, organization design, business process design, re-engineering and management to system implementation

Required :

- MBA / CA with 8 - 10 years domain experience (Finance/OTC) + consulting experience

- Prior solutioning and consulting experience

- Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace

- Project Management Skills

- Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues
