Enterprise Sales Leader - IIM / IIT
Locations : Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible to drive growth of the enterprise sales team through organization planning, customer experience and execution of all regional enterprise programs.
- You will be responsible for devising GTM strategy, growing & sustaining the presence of the organization across geographies.
- Laying down the roadmap for new account acquisition for the industry and ensuring its execution.
- Strategizing and executing all account-related initiatives from operational troubleshooting to activation.
- Working closely with the operations team in delivering the best customer experience while having a 360-degree view from customer care to delivery executive safety to optimal utilization of resources.
- Managing the administration function, operational performance reporting, and streamlining processes and systems wherever possible.
- Responsible for managing the team from hiring and training new recruits to assigning targets and formulating incentive plans as well as career planning for each member of the team.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in consultative Sales. Experience in industries with high import and export movements such as White goods, Automobiles, Textiles, etc. would be preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IC role.
- Knowledge of strategic account sales techniques and processes including understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, developing business cases, negotiating and closing complex deals.
- Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles from beginning to end.
- Prior understanding of logistics, freight or supply chain industries and their capabilities would be an advantage.
- MBA from top-tiered management Institutes would be an advantage.
- As the enterprise sales manager you will be a critical part of the enterprise sales team, leading strategy & execution for an accelerated growth across industries.
