Engineering Leader

1. Work with the CTO Office to define long term tech strategy and vision and implement it across one or more Businesses.

2. Identify opportunities for long term strategic investment and influence the management team to implement it across the Org.

3. Drive and implement highly complex, impactful and ambitious tech and product goals across one or more BUs.

4. If required, you should be able to roll-up the sleeves and implement complex tech design and architecture.

5. Define and Influence Tech Hiring strategy and Help Org hire best tech talent.

6. Help the tech org build a well balanced approach towards build vs buy and help drive down the IT operational cost working closely with tech leaders and Platform BU.
