We are looking for a talented Diversity DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) Leader specializing in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Manage the implementation of diversity programs and initiatives for a business segment or geographical region ensuring alignment with company-wide diversity strategies and processes. Provide leadership and support for affinity groups and local diversity councils.
- Partner with business and human resources leaders in the delivery of initiatives and tactics to attract, retain and promote a diverse workforce; implements metrics and leads initiatives focused on the achievement of diversity goals.
- Maintain a strong awareness of diversity issues and trends; educate others on the team and in business location on diversity issues; coach and mentor human resources on diversity issues and trends.
- Lead identified diversity projects and initiatives ensuring alignment with global diversity strategies and business objectives.
- Lead diversity policy and process documentation ensuring ongoing accuracy and completeness.
- Lead the development and monitoring of metrics focused on measuring the effectives of diversity initiatives.
- Champion the inclusive work environment; demonstrate inclusive behavior through actions and communications.
- Lead and participate on cross-organizational project teams to design, improve and implement diversity programs and initiatives, ensuring effective delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with diversity training and consulting organizations.
- Coach and mentor diversity specialists; assigns work according to developmental availability, skills, and needs; assesse performance and provides feedback to direct reports.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP - Operate as a strategic partner with regional leaders in the design, implementation & measurement of strategy and initiatives to attract, develop & retain a diverse workforce.
- CHAMPIONING DE&I - Provide regional DE&I experience, information, and insights, and serve as champion for the region, within the global DE&I organization and for global DE&I initiatives.
- INFLUENCING STAKEHOLDERS - Lend advocacy, support & influence for regional leaders to embrace accountability for embedding DE&I as a business imperative
- Advocacy & Advisory - Provide support and advocacy for employee resource groups and DE&I related community involvement project teams
- DASHBOARD & ANALYTICS - Provide expertise and assistance in the analysis of DE&I data to identify trends and capture insights to support strategic and tactical decision-making, both regionally and globally.
Education & Experience:
- Post Graduate Preferably with an MBA in Human Resources.
- 13-15 years of work experience preferably in HR/Talent Management function with 3-5 years experience in leading DE&I Program & DE&I Initiatives for large corporate.
