Job Description :
- Own and manage delivery of desired revenues and bottom line through various Distribution Channels (Direct, Agency and Broking) for Health Insurance.
- Maintain regular relationship and seek business opportunities with key broking partners in the Health Insurance
- To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets through management for Agency/Broker Sales and Cross Sales.
- Developing relationships with key decision-makers in both internal and external environment for business development.
- Enhancing the productivity and efficiency of the channel.
Critical Competencies (Knowledge/Skills/Behaviours) :
- More than 5 years experience in acquisition and management of Agents and Brokers in Health Insurance with an overall of 13+ years of experience.
- Strong relationships and networks within Agency Distribution channels in Health Insurance Industry
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both written and verbal communication.
