- Build a marketing and inside sales organization that positions as market leader and supports its revenue growth by bringing in qualified inbound and outbound leads.
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing and inside sales strategies to increase business growth (revenue, net profits, new customer acquisition)
- Drive all B2B marketing activities/ Account Based Marketing, in collaboration with the Business Development Team.
- Grow and lead a team of very talented marketing and inside sales professionals. Design their scorecards (KRAs) and review performance on a consistent basis.
- Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines, etc.
- Responsible for producing valuable content for enhancing online presence and establishing as a thought leader in the industry.
- Lead the sales operations team and build reporting tools for management review of marketing and sales initiatives and demonstrate a strong bias to data.
- Conduct market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors marketing initiatives.
- Liaise with Solutions & Delivery teams to identify areas of growth and design campaigns to capture those.
- Become the organizations agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients and build strategic partnerships.
- Control the marketing budgets and ensure high ROI from all marketing activities.
- Ownership of websites and ensures that it is updated regularly to reflect the latest value statement to customers, employees and other stakeholders.
