Responsibilities:
- Manage all the digital endeavours of the Organization
- Responsible across all business including generating leads and conversion of all leads generated through Digital means.
- Responsible for spends on SEM and SEO for effective lead generation.
- Drive online sales from D2C as a P&L responsibility
- Leads a team of Digital sales including SEO, SEM and Contact Center resources.
- Generate leads and ensure high conversion of leads generated from existing portals like website, mobile applications & social channels
- Manage all relationships with internal stake holders in Operations, WebSales team, Underwriting and other members for conversion of leads received from Digital means.
- Understand the digital space and the role of key players & continuously scan the domain for novel practices.
Experience:
- 8+ Years of work experience including atleast 4-5 years in Digital Marketing/ Sales teams selling though Digital / tele Sales channels in General Insurance Industry
