- The role is to identify, set up and manage new digital partnerships with
- Aggregators, online platforms and market places
Responsibilities :
- Identify prospective and potential alliances and analyse the potential of the partner
- Work closely to create customized and differentiated products suitable to these partners along with product team
- Acquire partners of sustainable quality/ scale which will deliver a profitable business model for the organization
- Facilitate seamless onboarding of strategic partners in internal ecosystem
- Ensure set-up on system and its complete alignment across departments
- Project Management for the overall onboarding along with cross functional teams from requirement to launch
- Agree on the Business Plan to drive topline sales, Sales Structure and
Execution
- Manage the relationship across all touch points
- Business Management with required R&R, KPIs, Training and other enablers
- Agree on Governance model and lead the same
- Develop the remote sales capabilities at the client for the respective channel partner
- Drive towards the agreed business plan through remote sales support and interventions
- Responsible for ensuring profitable partnerships
Candidate Profile:
Knowledge & Experience:
Age not exceeding 35 years
- Total work ex 10+
- Overall experience of 5-7 years in forging Digital Ecommerce partnerships
- Proven work experience in digital marketing and sales fulfilment
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing digital partnerships
- Digital lender / platform / client / customer facing
- Should have forged partnerships with merchant establishment organizations by being in Flipkart, Amazon, Policy Bazaar, Pepper fry, Paytm, Mobikwik etc.
Personal Attributes
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with senior-level executives (CEO/CXO/CTO) and effectively network both internally and externally
- Professional experience in financial services, cards, payments or any other related field preferable
- Passionate about technology and abreast with latest trends and practices
- Enjoys collaborating with a team while working independently to drive business goals and objectives
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Thorough understanding of Technology framework / architecture (Plug & Play approach)
