Description - Our client is looking for a Leader-Digital and Marketing Analytics who can set up the team from scratch and set up the best practices in the Marketing Analytics space.
Client Details:
Our client is an Indian Bank with headquarters in Mumbai. They are currently in their growth phase and setting up the Analytics team from scratch. They are looking for Leaders for their key functions to lead and grow the team.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities for the role of a Leader-Digital and Marketing Analytics would be :
- Provide accurate and timely data analytics to drive personalized and innovative product offerings for external customers and best in class processes and technology for internal stakeholders
- Work closely with all business units (product, sales), functional stakeholders (e.g. credit, operations, Journey Excellence), technology teams (IT team and vendors) and external partners (e.g. DSAs, agencies) to deliver impact on key business metrics through data and analytics.
- Oversee consultative partnerships across multiple stakeholders with strong understanding of business drivers and underlying data.
- Experience of setting up teams from scratch
- Experience of developing chatbots using Artificial Intelligence
- Worked on Online and Offline channels data
- Managed IVR data and developed algorithms around that
- Set up the team from scratch for a growing bank
