Office Business Unit Leader (Country Manager)
Lead and manage the overall operations & functioning of the office
- Oversee full functioning of the office in coordination with HR and Finance
- Ensure full compliance with company policy, procedure, and all legal and regulatory reporting
- Responsibility & Accountability for all compliance requirements; and power of signature and attorney on behalf of the company to execute on such activities
- Support all team members to be fully compliant with company performance and reporting norms
- Support any recruitment processes
Develop and sustain high levels of motivation by fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration- Ensure team is involved and informed of all developments as an office
- Create a culture of team involvement and co-support
- Ensure the team is involved with regional/global initiatives
- Ensure any obstacles to performance improvements are dealt with
Report on Performance and Contribution of Country OBU and Team Members- Update Regional and Global management Functions on performance and developments in the team
- Ensure that the team is performing at best in class aspects in terms of sales, fulfilment, delivery, service support
Commercial Leadership- Support and Drive Development of the strategy for sales into Country
- Work closely with regional commercial leader and/or appointed sales leader to develop and drive strategy
- Support Local Account Executives by supporting client facing engagements from a sales perspective or delivery perspective
- Drive client strategy/pipeline management/CRM adherence
- Work with Global Client Leaders to ensure key/major accounts are well covered.
- Represent the company at events, webinars, workshops, client meetings, in support of Account Executives, and as part of a wider role to improve local presence
Delivery - Present to key clients on Company consulting initiatives.
- Manage key client engagements from a delivery perspective
- Present thought leadership at Industry Events
- Be the overall delivery head for the office
Recruitment- Support Recruitment initiatives according to Saudi Arabian government stipulated laws/regulations
- Support Recruiting team when necessary, in reviewing and interviewing candidates.
Critical Skills- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills; and able to positively engage team members collectively and individually
- Have Intercultural competence and experience working with teams.
- Ability to work autonomously, but also effectively in an international team environment.

- Excellent Fluency with written and spoken English language. Fluency in other regional languages is desirable.
