Someone with strong accounting knowledge with business development experience in finance/accounting segment . Location would be Gurgaon. If its a South Indian in Gurgaon it would be an added advantage. if exp 7-8 years --Sr Manager - 12 L as compensation if exp 12 -16 years --Assoc Director- 18-19 L as compensation - This is a front end sales role. You will be directly responsible for driving end-to-end sales - Apart from your own sales closures, you will also train &amp; manage a team of Business Development Executives and help them with their closures as well. - Reachout to inbound leads in timely fashion and pitch for a demo. Customize the sales pitch according to the prospects and the situation. - Review work done by your team. Train and help your team to get better at prospecting/closures. - Ensure that all the activities are updated in CRM. - Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. - Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels. - Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. - Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
