Job Description : Quality Assurance (QA) Leader.

AVP QA leader : Pune / Bangalore.

Shift : US shift timings.

- We are actively seeking experienced professionals in the wealth domain with expertise in Quality Assurance to join our team as a QA Leader/Manager.

- This role requires immediate joining and is based in Pune or Bangalore. The position involves working in a hybrid model with US shifts and is a client-facing role.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement QA strategies, policies, and procedures for the wealth and retirement domain.

- Lead a team of QA professionals and manage the Audits and performance improvement process to ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Drive employee performance improvement based on Quality audits insights.

- Identify and flag any quality-related issues to the appropriate stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective QA processes are in place.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA for the wealth and retirement domain.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes and efficiency.

- Participate in client meetings and provide updates on QA activities and progress.

- Collaborate with project teams to address any quality-related issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
