Social Media Management:
- Ensure active performance of all social channels with uninterrupted content flow.
- Device channel specific strategy for content.
- Target marketing as per business strategy.
- Develop trending content, topical posts within brand guideline.
- Corporate brand strategy for professional networking forum.
Digital Marketing:
- Build CX journey for customer through digital assets and platform.
- Develop website as per UX, UI trends & brand guidelines.
- Drive traffic for website, E-cat and platforms.
- SEO, Key words performance, metatags, and descriptions.
- Monitor ORM performance.
- Understanding of B2B & B2C customers for targeting and relevant content publishing.
- Knowledge of Web securities, compliance, and digital processes.
- E-learning experience is preferred.
Content Planning Marketing:
- Co-ordinate with product team for content development.
- Develop digital content properties on various topics like - Technology, IOT, Power, Datacentre, Sustainability, Energy Efficiency.
- Understand product portfolio and markets of the company.
- Make content flow for Blogs and Partnership platform.
- Develop content for website and e-catalogues.
Data Analysis:
- Monitor periodical performance of brand on digital universe, social media channels.
- Traffic Analysis of web & social.
- Update organization with recent trends in the industry. Present competition analysis.
- Understanding of analytic and intelligence tools.

Qualifications, Experience and Role Specific Knowledge/ Skills:
- Experience:
- 7-9 years of experience preferably from Electrical, Technology and Home improvement sector.
- Mix experience of agency and client is added advantage.
- This role will perform responsibilities in collaboration with panelled digital agencies as per their scope and expertise. Hence experience of managing agencies is must.
- Home improvement category experience is preferred.
- Qualification : MBA / Certification in Digital Marketing.
- Proficiency : Digital Marketing.
- Skills : Web Management, Social platforms & media Content Planning, Technical knowledge of web & Platforms
