Lead/Vice President - Technology - FinTech Startup

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead/ VP Technology at an Angel Funded Consumer Fintech Startup in Stealth Mode located in Gurugram.

The person will play a crucial role in shaping the company's technology strategy and ensuring its successful implementation.

Some responsibilities include:

Technology Strategy : Develop and articulate the company's technology vision and strategy, aligning it with the overall business goals and objectives.

Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Technology Stack : Choose and manage the appropriate technology stack, frameworks, and tools to support the company's product roadmap and ensure scalability and security.

Architecture and Infrastructure : Design and maintain a scalable and reliable technology architecture and infrastructure, including cloud services, databases, and data centers, to support the company's growth.

Security and Compliance : Implement robust security measures and compliance practices to protect sensitive customer data and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, such as data privacy laws.

Data Management : Define data governance policies and oversee data acquisition, storage, and analysis to extract valuable insights for decision-making and customer personalization.

DevOps and Agile Practices : Promote and implement DevOps principles and agile methodologies to streamline development processes, improve collaboration, and accelerate product delivery.

Talent Management : Recruit, mentor, and retain top technology talent, building high-performing development teams capable of executing the company's vision.

Risk Management : Identify and mitigate technology-related risks, including cybersecurity threats, operational challenges, and regulatory compliance issues.\
