Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Talent Acquisition Lead

- Lead Talent Acquisition delivery for specific group in accordance with business priorities and objectives. Ensure planning and focus on the strategic outcomes. Work closely with business heads and other stakeholders.

- Focus on driving a joyful experience for all across the TA journey

- Support and drive Talent Acquisition Strategy and implementation of focus areas, Scorecard, and In-country projects.

- Drive a data driven culture to continually drive efficiencies and deliver innovative solutions

- Drive cadre building through various programs. Leverage as channel to support Niche Skill requirements.

- Operational alignment and Governance as per TAG SOPs and policies, drive internal audits and health checks

- Partner in Group Tech rollouts and country implementation (Beeline, Taleo Fluid, RPA, etc)

- Develop and manage partnerships to build efficiencies across the eco-system, with agencies etc.

- TA analytics, Reporting, Market Insights & External Benchmarking

- Mentor TAs/recruiters to achieve talent requirements through a consultative approach and enable the team to play an advisory role


You will need to:

- Possess a relevant degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent

- Have 10 to 15 years of experience in tech driven and fast paced hiring environment

- Have proven ability to lead teams/ work with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes

- Support in design and driving TAG strategy for the country

- Experience in managing large scale tech transformation in TA (ATS, RPA, CRM, etc)

- Possess exceptional stakeholder management skills

- Be data driven and analytical in your approach

- Have strong Project management and time management skills

- Be an effective communicator with good written and verbal skills.

- Have an eye for detail and be able to design human centered processes

- Have the ability to challenge the Status Quo and continually look for improvements in ways of working
