Vendor Management Lead - E-publishing

- Design and drive vendor management strategy, systems and processes for the e-publishing vertical

- Develop (find and qualify) vendors

- Evaluation of the vendors and manage vendor performance metrics to drive continuous performance improvement

- Maintain vendor data in Vendor Management Database

- Establish and build strong relationships with necessary stake holders on the vendors side

- Responsible for vendor relations, procuring and evaluating current pool of vendors

- Development of strategy to continually enhance quality of qualified vendors

- Manage vendor payment issues

- Ensure all appropriate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are signed to comply with all Procurement regulations
