Job Description - The role is an IC functional lead role contributing to the Systems (Non Software) Verification and Validation in an NPD cycle.

Description :

- Responsible as an expert on test methods, industry standards and regulations, and statistical/reliability tools including design of experiments, measurement system analysis, stress and strain analysis and other testing/analytic methods as appropriate

- Expertise in Test Case Design, Test Tool usage, Test execution, Defect Management and Defect Tracking

- Support product development activities to characterize product quality/reliability

- Assist the design teams in analyzing the acquired data and failures to provide actionable information to help improve design quality and efficiency

- Analyze test data and develop test reports in accordance with company standards

Profile :

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Biomedical Engineering (or equivalent) with 8 to 10 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

- Experience developing new test methods. Strong experimental skills with proven ability to develop and document novel approaches to non-standard test methods

- Knowledge of IEC, EN, ASTM, BIS, MIL standards

- Demonstrated ability to effectively present complicated technical information to small and large audiences, from peers to senior leadership, with varying levels of technical expertise
