Job Description : The mandate will manage the US regulatory reporting process and oversee the preparation of financial reports in accordance with the US GAAP regulations.

Client Details: Our client is a high-profile, multinational financial services corporation, with a significant presence in Bangalore with a large team size.

Description:

- Manage the US regulatory reporting process, ensuring compliance with US GAAP regulations.

- Oversee the preparation and submission of quarterly and annual financial reports.

- Conduct research on emerging regulatory changes and the impact on the organisation.

- Train and mentor a team of accounting professionals.

- Manage and improve internal controls related to US regulatory reporting.

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and reviews.

- Work closely with the technology team to improve reporting systems and processes.

Profile:

- Qualified CA/CPA is a preference

- 5+ years of post-qualification experience

- Hands-on experience in managing US Regulatory Reporting processes

- Prior experience working in the BFSI/Consulting space is a must
