US Payroll Lead
Requirements :
- A minimum of 7+ years relevant experience is a must.
- Should be able to manage and lead a team of 2 or more.
- Should be able to plan deliverables for the entire team.
- Compiling payroll data including hours worked, PTO/vacation, commissions, bonuses, 401K contributions, taxes and insurance or other benefit deductions to be withheld.
- Reviewing payroll and correcting errors to ensure accuracy of payroll.
- Submitting payroll to be approved by client representatives.
- Reconciling company payroll reports per pay period and quarterly.
- Maintaining personnel files and the integrated HR/Payroll system.
- Assisting with administration and review of benefit plans.
- Adheres to the highest ethical standards and to maintain confidentiality.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance of wage and hour laws, including resolves any issues with State and Local jurisdictions including SUI and withholding, COBRA and 401K filings and plan administration.
- Set up and maintaining accounts with various jurisdictions, including if necessary, registering to do business in local jurisdictions.
