Lead Upstream Consulting - Oil & Gas

Our client is a Fortune 25 player in the Oil & Gas space. We are head hunting for a senior person to lead and manage and upstream part of their internal strategy and consulting team based in Bangalore.

In addition to strong leadership skills we are looking for people who come from a consulting/strategy background and have worked extensively on upstream projects.

The role would involve

1. Manage a team of 8 to 10 consultants/senor consultants including coaching them and planning their career development

2. Responsible for delivery of projects.

3. Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships.

4. Responsible for team utilization and project distribution to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI
