JOB GRADE : SENIOR MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- UI/UX Manager would be responsible to develop and implement customer experience strategies which will involve
- Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with CX Managers, Product managers and other stakeholders
- Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widget. Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how design for the app/functionality looks like.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables). Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness), intuitive flow of pages from user experience perspective
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
The UI UX Designer would primarily help create or improve the user experience of our current customer interfacing touchpoints like Website, Apps etc. They are responsible for understanding what customer want and then designing it so they can find all of its features easily without any hassle and intuitively
Key Attributes:
- Should have experience with design software and wireframe tools.
- Should have implemented design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / MBA 6-8 years' experience spanning designing and driving UI/UX. Should have at least 2 years of experience in driving independent projects pertaining to UI/UX
