ROLE-Lead Treasury

JOB PURPOSE :

Will work along with the Senior Head-Treasury to raise debt-funds to ensure the exponential growth trajectory of the organization continues seamlessly.

QUALIFICATIONS :

MFA Finance or Chartered Accountant

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :

- Fund raising as per plan within the specified pricing.

- Ensuring excellent relationship with all lenders.

- Prepare information deck for investors as part of the borrowing program covering company profile, credit ratings, financial details, financial projections, etc

- Prepare projections in CMA format of Banks

- Liaise with Secretarial department at the time of borrowings to ensure timely documentation for credit facilities, charge management for security, availability of board resolutions, etc.

- Support the Compliance desk with regard to all compliance relating to Lenders such as Financial and Reporting Covenants, Post disbursal conditions and filings of RBI

- Ensuring borrowing is with the COF indication given in AOP.

- Ensuring sufficient unavailed limits are available at all points in time despite market conditions.

- Compiling information as per the prescribed templates of Banks .
