ROLE - Lead Treasury

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

FUND RAISING through Banks:

1. Prepare information deck for investors as part of the borrowing program covering company profile, credit ratings, financial details, financial projections, etc.

2. Compile information as per the prescribed templates of Banks

3. Prepare projections in CMA format of Banks

4. Liaise with Secretarial department at the time of borrowings to ensure timely documentation for credit facilities, charge management for security, availability of board resolutions, etc.

5. Support the Compliance desk with regard to all compliance relating to Lenders such as Financial and Reporting Covenants, Post disbursal conditions and filings of RBI

DIRECT ASSIGNMENT / PTC:

1. Ensure ownership of pool assignment which includes preparation of proposal, execution of mandate, relationship management, pool culling, closure of due diligence of pools, legal documentation closure etc.

2. Prepare information deck for Assignee Bank as part of the proposal covering company profile, financial details, pool filters, transaction structure terms

3. Liaoning with internal and external stakeholders and ensure highest level of client servicing and all regulatory compliances

4. Ensure excellent servicing on an ongoing basis for pools within the timelines

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

1. Strong network of relationships spanning domestic debt markets

2. Ability to understand regulatory framework and draw up suitable borrowing strategy for the Company

3. Understanding of financial markets, Macro-economic factors

4. Analytical and Strategic mindset

5. Familiarity with deal structures, deal math and understanding of covenants

6. Solution focused with ability to drive consensus among the team

7. Proactive approach takes initiative and ensures completion

8. Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Presentation skills

9. Ability to handle multiple activities through effective assignment of priorities
