Role Description:
- Coordinating any major transitions within the company, such as financial, technological, operational, and governance changes.
- Building a robust transition methodology for intake of work.
- Framework for managing the headcount budget in alignment to the business unit demands and growth.
- Build on a 5-year blueprint for growth strategy for Global India team.
- Creating transitional plans and documents to outline project set expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements. in terms of key business metrics like productivity, volume count and quality.
- Conducting workshops to provide staff members with information on any major changes in the company, such as new financial protocols or policies.
- Ensuring that transitions are planned and carried out in a timely manner and within budget.
- Keeping all parties involved with the transition updated on its progress.
- Spotting any transition-related issues and creating effective solutions to resolve them swiftly.
- Providing company-wide guidance during unplanned changes, such as the passing of a senior employee.
Candidate description:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance/Accounting background.
- 12-16 Years of experience being a Transition Manager
- Expertise in Project Management skills.
- Proven track record of working effectively in flexible work environment in a result-oriented approach.
