Qualifications Required :

- BE/B.Tech/MCA with relevant certifications.

Must - Must be well versed with the ServerSide/Client Side and web technologies along with DB Skills. Must have worked on various application integrations and secure data interfaces and data transformation and Migrations.

- Worked on a big transformation project with success records along with active engagement in data migration.

- Knowledge of various integration tools, like EAI and ESB, Biztalk is required.

- Minimum of 10 Years experience in Software analysis and delivery at lead level.

- Desirable IT Delivery/Project Management and Stakeholder Management experience.

- Decent Presentation, Verbal/Written communication skills.

- Excellent Excel skills.

- Work Experience (Field & number of years): Worked on Cloud and ON-Premise Environment.

- Proven expertise in Data Security and IT Processes along with Project Management and stakeholder management.

- Worked as Transformation PM or Solution Architect in previous role within a multi solution environment.

- Experience of CRM Transformation and Order Management transformation, CDP, Digital Marketing, and Data Lake

IT Related skills required : Managed ITIL-based transformation from one platform to another for improvements.

- Experience in CRM Transformation and Order Management transformation.

- Worked on Data transformation and inter-system integrations.

- Good implementation understanding of latest tools and solutions in the CDP, Digital Marketing.

- Have worked in Partner based organization with experience in managing multi-vendor organizations.

- Worked on Analytics platforms and Data Warehouses, Data Lake.

- Demonstrable Problem-Solving skills.

- DBA skills would be added advantage.

- worked on Cloud and ONPremise Environment.

- Proven expertise in Data Security.

- Proven knowledge of IT Governance and processes.

- Knowledge of Project/Change management IT Tools.
