Lead Trainer
Experience : 10-12 Yrs of total experience including experience of e-commerce/ Logistics & Supply Chain space
- Extensive knowledge on designing & developing training programs
- Dynamic professional with excellent interpersonal skills and an enterprising style of work.
Desired Traits : Self-starter, proactive, quick & adaptive, high on Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following :
i. Conduct L&D need analysis using both structured and informal methods to capture current and future developmental needs at the individual level, and capacity building requirements at an org level
- Develop questionnaires, run assessment center, study data around training need identification & understand individual & group development needs.
ii. Design and deliver comprehensive L&D courses,and analyse the effectiveness of these L&D sessions
iii. Develop & deliver training workshops (online & classroom) for individual & groups.
iv. Discover learning needs by conducting one-on-one coaching sessions
v. Devise deep connects and understanding of people in the business to maintain a healthy pool of talent and succession for all critical roles
