Our client is a Global management consulting firm in the world.
- The trainer/lead trainer will play a leading role in developing, scaling up and delivering high quality training in reskilling and upskilling across Asia Pacific and driving the curriculum & content development on core digital topics including Technology and Digital Transformation.
- Lead and prepare training sessions in core areas with overall very high quality in class delivery, and act as mentor for learning batches
- Inspire students to persevere through the challenges of learning complex subjects
- Guide students through development of a real-world projects that will showcase their abilities and align project scope with clients
- Lead new content development to ensure relevant and market driven curriculum & contribute your own expertise to a deep and broad global curriculum
- Researching content and industry trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members and external consultants, as appropriate
- Trainers will support lead trainers in content & business development.
- Bachelors degree preferably in an IT or People & Organization related discipline
- Basic understanding of tools such as SQL and Python
- Minimum 10 years' of experience at Trainer level, and minimum 7 years' of experience as lead trainer in digital transformation/technology topics with past training or facilitation experience
- Consulting and client facing experience in the context of digital transformation is preferred
- Very strong communication skills
- Expert in agile ways of working and teaching these topics, preferred but not required: Agile Scrum Master Certification.
- Preferred but not required: Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)/Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) Certification from Institute of Adult Learning (IAL)
