The role connects consumer marketing efforts to the relationships and investments made on the category with trade and customers across different channels - General Trade, Rural, Modern Trade, E-Com etc.
- Consumer & customer centric approach.

- Great interpersonal skills and gravitas with the ability to influence internal stakeholders at different levels as well as external partners and customers / buyers
- Great commercial acumen and the ability to translate brand strategies into a tangible commercial advantage with a strong understanding of shopper marketing, visibility programs and
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to use and interpret customer data and drive value by adding insights to strengthen relationship with customers.
- Work with the sales development / excellence team to set launch objectives on distribution and delivery at market/channel/SKU level for new category / variants / sub category launches.
- Facilitate inputs in line with regular requirements
- Facilitate execution and assess results of Trade Marketing initiatives.
