Lead Trade Finance

Prime Responsibilities are:

- End to end understanding and processing of Trade finance transactions like Letter of Credit, Bank guarantee, Standby LC, Cross border remittances, Import and Export related RBI, FEMA & ICC compliance, GR waiver, Trade Credit 

- Detailed understanding of UCP 600, ISBP, ISP, URR, URDG publication of ICC & RBI / FEMA compliance.

- Documents management like handling of Original Shipping documents (Inc. Delivery Orders, Taxation Documents related to FX remittance etc.)

- Checking and validating the Interest calculation / LIBOR / MIBOR/other parameters of the transactions

- Coordination and query resolution with various stakeholders like Banks, internal dep- t, Interaction and maintaining the relationship with Banks and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation maintenance of records in SAP

- Preparation of various MIS reports/plans circulated to the management on a periodical basis

Skills and experience:

- Well versed with UCP 600, ISBP, ISP, URR, URDG publication of ICC and RBI circulars

- Good communication and interpersonal skill 

- Coordinating, understanding of problem and query resolutions

- Time-bound, detail-oriented, accuracy, analytical & result oriented

- Able to manage team, internal and external stakeholders.

Years of Exp: 6-8 Years

Qualification: CA ( 1st attempt/2nd attempt)
