Our client a Global Investment is hiring for a Total Rewards leader for their India team with strong experience in Compensation and Benefits to be based out of Mumbai location.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with global standards and business goals.
- Lead competitive compensation design, covering base pay, variable pay, and equity plans.
- Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Conduct regular benchmarking to assess package competitiveness.
- Customize global policies for the Indian market and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership.
- Lead annual compensation reviews and bonus processes with fairness and accuracy.
- Collaborate across Finance, Legal, and HR for program alignment and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on market trends to drive continuous improvement in compensation and benefits.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, supporting business growth and talent retention through expertise in compensation and benefits.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- 12-15 years of demonstrable experience in compensation & benefits, including annual salary reviews, market benchmarking, developing reward policies, employee benefits, and international assignments.
- Experience in a global organization, with the ability to liaise across different locations, is preferred.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical skills, experienced in handling large data volumes and developing effective solutions.
