Scrabble has been mandated to hire a 'Lead Total Rewards' for a fast-growing financial services firm based out of Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive compensation and benefits benchmarking studies.
-Prepare decks for NRC meetings, and have a strong understanding of C&B policies, payroll processes, annual review cycle, etc.
- Create innovative rewards programs to promote a performance culture.
- Design sales incentives, and develop retention plans for top talent.
- Develop and maintain a competency framework, including conducting job analyses for new roles, promotions, and ungraded positions.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices and benefit plan design.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- 8+ years of experience in Comp & Ben role is a must with an MBA from top tier college
