Company Profile - Reputed Auto Components Indian Company involved in manufacturing.

A. JOB PURPOSE

The Lead of Total Rewards would be responsible for designing and implementing all employee rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, short- & long-term incentives, stock option program and employee wellness. The candidate will also lead the review and design of C&B policies to ensure that the compensation and benefits practices of the organization are internally equitable, market competitive and aligned with the company's performance and affordability

B. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Build Total Rewards Strategic Road map

a) Develop compensation philosophy & train management at all levels to make and communicate pay decisions in alignment with this new philosophy.

b) Setting total rewards goals and objectives that align with the organization's business goals.

c) Developing a comprehensive Total Rewards framework: Creating a framework that outlines the organization's approach total rewards scheme, and identifies the skills and knowledge required to meet current and future business needs.

d) Develop and execute an international long-term benefits strategy that keeps the company competitive and progressive in all locations

2) Benefits Administration

a) Draw an overall end to end Benefits Plan: Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company's strategy and business goals Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees

b) Designs salary structure and pay ranges based on job matching and market benchmarking.

c) Own stock incentive plan administration, including periodic grant process and annual calibration with the compensation committee.

d) Works with larger Corporate Rewards team on a variety of projects including program design, budgeting and implementation and providing analytical support of these projects

e) Support mergers and acquisition total-rewards integration analysis, implementation and transitions.

3) Performance Management Strategy

a) Create annual budgets for all functions and geographies keeping in mind salary and headcount

b) Lead merit and promotion increments cycles from budgeting to workbook creation, coordination for closure and approvals

c) Manages and administers end to end merit increase and promotion cycle for India

d) Conduction of Job Analysis to provide an overall picture of what the role is supposed to achieve, the rationale for its existence in the organization, its interlinkage, and the attributes of an effective role incumbent

e) Designs incentive and retention programs, retention strategies and global retention project management, India wide flexible pay management

4) Prepare Annual Budgets

a) Manage and seek management approval for specific Learning & Development program budget.

b) Provide guidance to function heads on the Workforce planning process

5) Market Intelligence and benchmarking

a) Gathers data from market-based compensation surveys; uses spreadsheets and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends

b) Conduct compensation market analyses as required for requested positions and preparing data and completing/submitting selected compensation surveys

c) Strong networking and co-working relationships with rewards consulting partners in India

6) Reporting analytics & Automation

a) Analyzes benefits data for tracking, identification of issues, and improvements. Has the ability to interpret meaning from the data to aid in future rewards improvement and strategy

b) Responsible for reporting and analysis through spreadsheets, dashboards, power points

c) Obtains data and runs both standard and ad hoc report

d)Familiarity with HR systems and the ability to create and run reports

c) Familiar with HR digitization / automation platforms ( eg workday, Darwin Box etc.)
