Repayments Outbound Center Lead(Tele Collections)- Fintech


- Lead the In-house center for Repayments and build scalable team, business processes and infrastructure. Help align delivery capability to pipeline demand

- Drive the Centre in delivering key service and Business metrics

- Analyze and track the team's performance against defined metrics and drive continuous improvement for overall efficiency of In-house center

- Effectively engage in the Repayments Squad and other internal squads to execute and deliver processes and metrics

- Ensure adherence to Code of conduct and all defined processes to ensure higher standards of compliance

- Assist in Internal and External audit reviews and ensure compliance

- 15+ years of experience in running Tele collections center with specific focus on Unsecured lending (credit card experience desirable)

- Experience on relevant lending products, Repayments systems, Infrastructure and processes

- 2 buckets b1 and b0 will report - Together they are around 200 people
