Lead - Technology Sales & Support - Analytics Product Firm

Client is a Analytics Product Co with HO in INDORE and office in Noida. This role is based at Indore.

This role is multi-functional in nature with a combination of technical sales and customer support.

The technical sales role requires the candidate to be a customer champion and help solve customer's business problems, using Client's PRODUCT, on an on-going basis

Job Description:

1. Prepare powerful use cases and associated data for the use cases

2. Demonstrate use cases to enroll potential customers Own and drive relationships with potential customers from demonstration to converting them into a paid customer.

3. Remain updated on various tools used in the Application Life Cycle Management/SDLC Domains for

- Project Management

- Continuous Integration and delivery

- Version Control Systems

- Code Quality

- Collaboration

- Testing

- Customer Service Tickets

4. Help marketing and sales teams to prepare case studies and customer presentations.

5. Conduct webinars

6. Develop expertise in understanding and using new product features

7. Diagnose customer reported problems or configuration issues and recommend possible solutions within agreed SLAs

8. Escalate to appropriate Product Development personnel for level 3 support.

9. Work with Quality Assurance teams to provide real world customer feedback and identify product bugs proactively.

10. Help customers use the product effectively to gain maximum value from the product

11. Provide technical reviews of user documentation, product requirements documents, product videos and other functional specifications.

12. Assist with knowledge-sharing initiatives as well as product release training and documentation.

Requirements:

1. Experience in using BI tools such as

- Tableau

- PowerBI

- EazyBI

2. Scripting over DOS. Shell, Perl etc.

3. Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills

4. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

5. Willingness to travel and work in US Time zones

6. Direct experience in working with external Enterprise customers
