Job Description :

- We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the growth of Our business in Paints/Coatings applications.

- This role involves expanding our market presence with both existing and new customers, developing partnerships, and increasing sales and contribution in the Specialty Black segment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and drive the business growth plan for Paints/Coatings applications until FY30.

- Lead business development efforts in India and international markets.

- Secure product approvals from Paints/Coatings customers.

- Resolve customer complaints within specified timelines.

- Oversee new product development initiatives.

- Provide technical support by understanding both stated and implied customer needs.

Qualifications :

- Extensive experience in the Paints/Coatings industry with a proven track record of business development.

- Strong understanding of customer needs and technical support requirements.
