Your role:

- We are looking for a Lead - Talent Partner to help streamline the HR Process.

What would you do?

- Partner with employees and middle management to drive various People initiatives

- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, compensation and other employee benefits

- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results

- Take ownership of new HR initiatives at organization level and execute it in collaboration with stakeholders within and outside HR teams

- Work closing with HR leadership on employee engagement charter
