Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Onboarding:

- Driving onboarding programs for all new hires (Full time and consultant)

- Owning and driving up onboarding experience quality

- Coordination with the respective Talent partners

2. Employee experience and communication:

- Proactively drive positive employee experience across the business

- Handling all employee grievances and resolving issues within specified TAT

- Leading the HR-helpdesk set-up across all functions - handling all queries relating to pending salaries, statutory compliance, insurance, Talent policy adherence,

- Communication of HR policies, practices and clarifying doubts regarding these to employees on an ongoing basis

- Training of stakeholders for effective implementation of HR policies

3. Maintaining the HR - Management System on ERP/Analytics/reporting

- Training users on handling the ERP system

- Monitoring and maintaining attendance data using internal ERP that is linked with biometric machines and other timesheet tools

- Liaising with internal and external IT stakeholders to resolve any issues

- Ensuring data hygiene - capturing of employee personal and service details

- Periodic people audit to ensure documentation support for HRMS data

4. Documentation/payroll/compliances

- Payroll inputs collation, checking and providing to payroll team for processing in the ERP

- Responsibility for all statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, Income Tax etc.)

- Generation and maintenance of all employee related letters and documentation from a compliance standpoint (Appointment letters, resignation letters) and from an employee benefit standpoint (Salary statements, salary slips)

- Automation of processes for more accurate output and faster TAT

- Creation and ownership of live dashboards for all talent metrics for the consumption of top management

5. Talent offboarding:

- Maintaining all talent offboarding documentation, details, communication and employee experience

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA from Tier 1/2 institute with 7-10 years of experience - HR operations experience mandatory

- Excellent analytical, excel and report writing skills

- Excellent people management skills - ability to manage multiple stakeholders

- Good written, conversational and communication skills

- Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams

- Willingness to learn, self-motivated and capable of handling fast paced start-up environment
