Lead - Talent Management - a Large Indian Manufacturing MNC !
There's an urgent need to hire a smart and dynamic Talent Management Lead for our client in Mumbai. The incumbent will be responsible for all activities related to Talent Management, Development and OD across offices and factories.
Client is a Large Indian MNC Manufacturer with their HO in Mumbai. Position reports to the CHRO.
Job description:
- HR Talent Management at Corporate
- Identify Hi-pots and create Individual Developmental Plans
- Career Conversations, Engagement Surveys & OD Interventions
- Talent review and succession planning process for India
- Leadership & Succession Development
- Manage Assessment Centers etc
Required Candidate profile:
- PG/MBA in HR
- 8 - 16 years of experience as HR
- 5+ years exp in Talent Management & OD
- Has worked extensively on Leadership Development
- Good experience on Assessments and Developmental Interventions
- Some experience in a manufacturing environment is preferable but not mandatory
- Experience with a consulting firm is a great advantage
- Exp in Managing L&D for an org is preferred
- Budget for this role is around 30 - 35 LPA
