Role: Lead - Talent Management (Includes L&D, People Engagement)
Business Vertical - Human Resources
- MBA HR or related master's in psychology/ IR background
- 8 -12 years' HR experience with minimum 5 years in L&D
What this job involves :
Talent Management HR professional with in-depth exposure to L&D vertical and expertise in facilitating & delivery of training programs. Shall also be responsible for driving People Engagement initiatives. Someone who can take the lead in this role with a blend of strategy and execution, keen to explore his/her passion in TM/L&D and excited to be a part of a growing MNC in India.
1. Lead the TM strategy post talent acquisition through the lifecycle of an employee from onboarding till exit.
2. Lead induction and onboarding of all new joiners and suggest process improvements as and when required.
3. Derive insights from annual PMS process and enable talent classification.
4. Have continuous performance conversations with key talent / top talent / relevant stakeholders and develop strategies for continued Talent Engagement.
5. Design and launch the potential assessment feedback form to all people managers for capability assessment of each employee .
6. Lead the design of Individual Development Plans after deep diving into need gap analysis from every potential assessment report and provide learning inputs to L&D HR for enhancing technical and behavioural competencies of current workforce.

7. Design and launch the Talent Management policy for India.
8. Design and launch the International Mobility policy for India.
9. Design and launch a Mentoring process for top / key / diverse talent.
10. Lead the succession planning for critical roles at India.
11. Develop career trajectories for every benchmark role across all service functions and append same to quarterly induction and campus presentations.
12. Lead special projects on increasing diversity in leadership positions with structured mentorship and learning programs for women.
13. Enable Talent Conversation platforms for leadership to discuss talent and succession.
14. Lead the learning agenda and learning calendar for the year after discussion with management.
15. Execute new joiner related trainings - induction, HRIS and other digital platforms walkthrough with a focus on Management Trainee cadre.
16. Take the lead in analysis of onboarding and exit surveys, sharing insights to HR team/ management quarterly with support from HRIS administrator.
17. Facilitate focused group discussions monthly with different cadre of employees to assess learning needs for development.
18. Collaborate with vendors for engagement related interventions.
19. Lead interventions on Fitness / Wellbeing under special engagement driven projects (Eg. Mundane Mondays, Wellness Wednesdays, Fitness Fridays, etc. )
20. Design opportunities such as launch of clubs and committees to enable a culture of collaboration and continuous engagement.
21. Execute IDPs as shared by Talent Management HR for every employee and curate customized learning interventions.
22. Lead Masterclass projects with top talent to enable them to facilitate learning lessons for the larger community to encourage cross functional learning.
To apply one must have : Collaboration Skills, Communication, Negotiation and Influencing skills, in-depth exposure to L&D vertical, expertise in facilitating in-house training programs and also be able to deliver some trainings, blend of strategy and execution, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion in L&D.
