Job Description:
Talent Management:
- Demonstrated experience of handling talent management interventions for at least 2 - 3 years
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Handle engagement initiatives as well as R&R activities along with a focus in Talent Management areas.
- Design and implement programmes that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage the organisation's talent pool.
- Build succession cum career development plans; along with headcount plan.
- Design employee promotion policies.
- Discuss career path options with high-potential employees.
- Boost employee morale by implementing performance-based bonuses.
- Conduct skills gap analyses to determine personnel needs.
- Provide team members with direction for leadership and development initiatives.
HR Business Partnering:
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Conduct employee on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Talent Management or HR Generalist - understanding of Performance Management, career planning, employee life-cycle, PMS.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders across levels (able to engage with workmen, executives, managers).
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office (especially - MS Excel); HRIS systems will be a plus.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
- Full-time MBA in HR or a relevant field.
